The aim of this bachelor thesis will be to use selected methods of financial analysis to evaluate the current level of the financial situation of the company for the period between 2016-2019. This work examines, estimates, and evaluates the current financial health of the company, strengths, and weaknesses, and based on the data and data proposed measures to improve the financial situation in the company In the theoretical part of this diploma thesis, data, procedures, and the overall theoretical approach to financial analysis will be clarified and approached. In the second, practical part, the work is devoted to a specific company, in this case, Pohankový mlýn Šmajstrla s.r.o and based on accounting documents and financial analysis procedures of this company, there will be an assessment of the current financial situation of the company, its strengths, and weaknesses. At the end of this work will be presented own proposals to improve the financial health and situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis aims at assessing the financial health in the company VARS, a. s. The theoretical part represents a review of financial analysis, their methods, users, different concepts, risks and data sources. In the practical part, the thesis is devoted to implementation of selected methods of financial analysis. The results are discussed and proposal for improvements are formulated.

A System for Monitoring Status of Network Links via SNMP

The goal of the bachelor thesis is an implementation of the system for monitoring status of network links. System collects information from network nodes, from which calculates metrics and statistics, which are available for users in MIB. The communications with network nodes is proceeded by SNMP protocol. The system is implemented in C++ language as a multiplatform service.

Private deck of cards created during six-month survey and documentation of daily experiences. The package contains 49 cards and it is inspired by a set of 78 tarot cards. Text content - reverse side of the card was created using diary notes. Face side of the card was chosen as a representation of processes taking place usually in days when the card was read.

In this diplom thesis I will deal with relation between consumer and his aversion to loss. Expression of the potential risks that can describe using behavioral theories and psychological approach. The practical part will focus on the description of risk in consumers behavior as an investor. The relationship of these consumers lose due to amount of their income and practical recommendations on how to take into account the potential risks and minimize loss.
Modeling and detection of SlowDrop attack

The work's main topic is a recently published slow DoS attack called SlowDrop. The work focuses on the subject of describing the current state of the DoS problem as a whole and the SlowDrop attack as well. It works with this theoretical basis during the implementation of it's own SlowDrop attack model. This model is tested in various scenarios and the outcome results are analyzed and constructively discussed. Furthermore defensive mechanisms against this threat and DoS attacks in general are proposed, specific methods shown and configurations recommended. These methods are followingly tested and evaluated. Last but not least the traffic of a SlowDrop attacker and a legitimate client with bad connection, which the SlowDrop attack is trying to immitate, are compared. From this comparison final conclusions of this work are drawn.

This Disertation deals with energetical audit of aqueduct. First part is dedicated to the current status in Czech Republic, but expecially abroad. Other part processes structure of energetical audit according to the knowledge gained and also from academic articles and set up an example, where this audit is made. Firts variant is energetically intensive water line and other variant is nergetically economical. Last part id dedicated to perform an energetical audit on real water line in Kateřinice village, Vsetín district.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

The master´s thesis focuses on the financial analysis of the company – a private limited company, whose business is software development. The theoretical part deals with the interpretation of important concepts, which are linked to financial analysis. The next section is already calculated the financial analysis of the company for the period 2006 - 2010. Was used an analysis of both horizontal and vertical analysis statement balance sheet and profit and loss account. Furthermore, I evaluated the differential indicators, profitability, activity, liquidity, debt service ratios, of course there is a comprehensive index of IN 05 and Altman's index of financial soundness. This chapter is followed by a summary evaluation forms as part of that would be helping a company improve its financial situation and the end of the work concludes.
Communication with Children about Death after the Loss Their Close Person in the Context of Curriculum as Well as Their World

The diploma thesis deals with how to talk with children about death after the death of someone close to them, not only in the context of the curriculum, but also their world in general. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part is arranged chronologically so that the individual chapters follow each other as best as possible and then create a comprehensive picture of how to communicate appropriately with children about death. The empirical part consists of qualitative research, specifically the research method of semi-structured in-depth interviews.
